You’ve probably tried and came to love the muscle strengthening and lengthening exercise called Pilates. Challenge yourself and add an exercise ball to you Pilates class in this all-new Pilates Ball program! Pilates is a full-body workout targeted to train your core that’ll give you flat abs, stronger back, and better posture. It strengthens your muscles as a whole, improves flexibility, and conditions your body to avoid future injury. Pilates Ball will give you the same benefits from a regular Pilates class with an added resistance from the exercise ball enough to challenge your usual workout! But don’t worry, anyone from a total gym newbie to a seasoned gym rat can join the class. The movements are easy to follow and can be adjusted to your own level of fitness!
