5 Tips How to Look Great on Your Holiday

Holiday is almost here! This is the perfect time to show the world what you got through your vacation selfies. Let's make the most of your holiday. Here are some tips for you!

1. Exercise

As long as the holiday isn’t here yet, there’s still time. Before the d-day, make gym as your most favorite place to go, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is highly recommended for people with busy schedule because it can be done in less than an hour. 

2. Exfoliating

Almost half if us wear makeup everyday, as the result our skin become dull and darker. Don’t forget to exfoliate once a week. Skin exfoliation is the best way to keep our skin brighter and fresher. 

3. Hair Treatment

Are you going to the beach? Then you hair needs some pre-treatments to make it softer and fluffier even in direct sunlight exposure. Don’t forget to use vitamin or hair moisturizer. If your have damaged hair, hair trimming is the best thing to do. 

4. Waterproof makeup

Waterproof makeups are great to keep smudges and smears at bay. Before you pack your bags and spending long lazy days relaxing in the warm sunshine, apply a little bit blush on and eye shadow for fresh and natural finished look. 

5. Healthy Food and Water

Before the holiday begins, make sure you get enough nutrients and vitamins. Not just during pre-vacation, bring your healthy eating habit with you during the vacation. Carry a water bottle with you everywhere.  Not only giving your body a better chance at staying hydrated, you also protect yourself from water intoxication, which could possibly happen.
