Ninja Challenge: The Battle of Ninjas at GOIFEX 2015

As one of the official partners of GOIFEX 2015, this year Gold’s Gym Indonesia brings something fresh and unique for the Indonesian public, Gold’s Gym Ninja Challenge. This is the first time that this type of event is being held in the Southeast Asia region and attracted many enthusiastic participants who some of them came from outside Jakarta.
 
Located at Lapangan D Senayan open grounds, Ninja Challenge comes with 10 obstacles that extend along 30 meters. Nothing is easy when it comes to Ninja Challenge! But there are 25 million rupiah cash prize waiting for the best Ninja who can pass the obstacles such as Quintuple , Bar Jump , Salmon Ladder , Unstable Bridge , Slider Jump , Spider , Ladder , Cargo , and Warped Wall with the fastest time.


 
On the first day of Ninja Challenge, many are fell on the Bar Jump. This obstacle is one the most exhausting challenge because and a true test for upper-body strength. Men tend to dominate this event, but there are also some female competitors. Unfortunately, they all fell on the Bar Jump.  


 
On the second day which also the final day, forty participant with the best time are getting a rematch, of course more challenging obstacles such as Unstable Tires, Flat Slider, Rumbling Dice, Rope Gliding, Floating Board, Vertical Limit, Flying Bar, Ultimate Cliffhanger, Ring Incline, and Warped Wall. These obstacles are expected to challenge the participants’ stamina and their physical strength. During the final round, the toughest obstacles to get through is Vertical Limit, as most of them are having a hard time crossing the vertical board with only their finger tips. 
 
When the night comes, many participants have failed to make it to the end. It was Zico Desriera, a participant from Bandung, who finally completed the final obstacle, Warped Wall.



Ridho Kantana and Putra later announced as the second and third winner. These three ninjas then crowned by Gold’s Gym Indonesia Founder and CEO, Francis Wanandi with prizes that given in form of cash, Reebok voucher, headset from Jabra and a ticket to One Championship. Finally, we have our ninjas
