13 September 2014 – Last Saturday, we celebrated the opening of Gold’s Gym 18th club at Baywalk Mall, Green Bay Pluit with a sporty Hawaiian-themed beach bash: Gold’s Beach Party! Although the club has been opened for members since September 1st, the club was officially opened with the ribbon-cutting ceremony done by Gold’s Gym Indonesia COO, Mr. Corne Van Zyl, representative of Gold’s Gym Indonesia’s stakeholder, Mr. Thomas Ricky Harsono, and the CEO of Baywalk Mall, Ms. Ellen Hidayat. We also partied with top celebrities, Tina Toon, Jill Gladys, and Sigi Wimala!
As the party guests step their foot to the club, they were immediately greeted by the club front liners dressed in Hawaiian shirts and were pleasantly surprised with a unique performance of the Hula dance by our talented GGX Superstars. After the spectacular event opening, all the party guests enjoyed a club tour to get an exclusive, first-hand experience of what the club has to offer.
As a symbol of gratitude, Mr. Corne Van Zyl performed the ceremonial cutting of the top of the “tumpeng” and shared them to the VIP guests. After that: an iPad Mini prize draw for all Baywalk members!
The party was then moved to the Body & Mind and GGX Studio as the special Body Balance and Body Vive class started, where everyone exercised together with the celebrity guests.
