5 Bodyweight Training To Make Your Body Slim

Having a slim figure is everyone’s dream. If you’re one of those people who don’t like physical activity and sport, it’s going to be harder for you to get such a slim body. But, fret not! Try these easy bodyweight training that even beginners can master in no time that also can give you the slim body you covet!

1. Plank
Plank is very easy to do and should be a staple in your fitness regimen.  You can try plank exercise while doing yoga classes, aerobics or when training on your own.

Start with both hands and feet on the floor in a push-up position. Hold the position for 30 seconds up to 1 minute.


By practicing plank regularly, you will get a stronger muscles and slimmer body.
 
2. Lunges
Lunges train your lower body. Do this regularly and you’ll get slimmer thighs!


Step forward with one leg. Lower your hip so that both knees are bent at about 90 degrees angle. Go back to the starting position, and then repeat it with the other leg alternately until 10-15 reps.
 
3. Upper Body Step
Doing upper body step regularly can get you a step closer to a slimmer body. Use a board or a ball positioned a little bit higher than doing a push up position

4. Elevated Push Up
If you’re bored of the regular push-up, kick it up a notch and try another variation of push-up called elevated push-up. This is really effective in tightening the muscles in your arms, back and chest.


Prepare a bench or ball, set your body like doing the regular push-up but the position of your feet should be on the bench or higher while your hands remain on the floor.
 

5. Triceps Dips
Don’t want a workout where you have to lift heavy weights in your routine? Fret not, Triceps Dips require no weights while still being effective in working your triceps muscle and giving you a slimmer arms.

 
 
It’s really easy; you need nothing else but a bench. Sit with your back straight and place both of your hands behind the bench. Then place your weight on both hands with your feet remains straight. You can do this exercise 30 minutes everytime you do your fitness.
